Dövlət Rival Regionsda ən böyük inzibati vahiddir. Dövlət bölgələrdən (və ya yalnız bir bölgədən) ibarətdir, dövlət daxilində Muxtariyyət təşkil edə bilər.
Anasayfa sekmesınde oyundaki hər bir dövlətin siyahısını tapa bilərsiniz.
Dövlət qurmaq
Dövlət qurmaq üçün parlamentdə qanun verməlisiniz və ya başka bir bölgə ilə ələ keçirməlisiniz.
Bölgəniz bir dövlət olduqdan sonra parlamentdə yeni qanunlar tapacaqsınız: adını və gerbi dəyişdirə biləcəksiniz. Lider seçkiləri də başlayacaq, qazanan şəxs xəritədəki dövlət rəngini dəyişdirə biləcəq, siyasi bloklar qura/qoşula biləcəq və daha çox şey əldə edə bilər.
Dövlət parametrləri
Dövlətin adını səhifəsində görə bilərsiniz. Başlığı tıklayarak, bölgələri haqqında ümumi məlumat cədvəlinə keçəcəksiniz.
Sol tərəfdə dövlət loqotipi, bağışlama düyməsi, iş icazə tələb düyməsi və dövlət büdcəsini görə bilirsiz.

Homeland bonus
If you hold your residency in the State for some time you will receive your Homeland bonus. Your damage in wars for your State and productivity while working will have a bonus.
Here are a few rules for receiving and losing your Homeland bonus:
- Your residency must be at least X days old.
- Residency region must be a part of the State for at least Y days.
- You will not lose your Homeland bonus if you change your residency to the region of the same State if this region is a part of the State for at least Y days.
- A countdown (Z days) will start if you change your residency to the out of State region or to the region which is not a part of the State for at least Y days. After Z days you will lose your Homeland bonus.
- Same countdown will start if your residency region will be no longer a part of your Homeland bonus State.
