Support system - is a help desk for Rival Regions' players to get help.

When you should send a ticket?

Send a ticket in cases like:

  • If you have some ideas, suggestions about the game itself, its mechanics and features
  • If you want to leave a complaint about the player or moderator
  • If your game feature got banned (article, chat) and you do not agree with it
  • If you have some issue with the purchase
  • If you want to become a moderator or a translator for game interface or wiki
  • If you want to report a bug
  • If you simply have a question

Some rules for your tickets

  1. Please write your tickets in English, Russian, Ukrainian or if it is not possible, in your native language. We can understand what did you mean unless you use Google Translate.
  2. After your sending your ticket, please do not reply your ticket as long as there is no any urgent situation.
  3. If Rival Regions solves your problem, you do not have to create a new ticket to show your gratitude, we are all here for you. It just occupies our system busy.
  4. All game and general rules are valid when do you send us a ticket. You may get banned on the game because of your ticket if you vioalete our rules.
  5. Before you send a ticket, please check FAQ. Your question may have an answer in our system.

Use of the support system

Firstly, you need to create an acoount on support system or you can login into the support system with your Facebook and Google acoount.

Then, as you can see in the screenshot, you can click the "New support ticket" and the it opens you a new page which includes the details of sending a ticket. Later, you need to select your ticket's subject, type your email adress, your profile link in RR (it is important for us to reach you after the solution if there is an emergency) and you need to fill other details.

Lastly, click the Submit button and send us your ticket. We will check your ticket and answer you as long as possible.
