نظام الدعم - هو مكتب مساعدة للاعبين في المناطق المتنافسة للحصول على المساعدة.
متى يجب عليك إرسال تذكرة؟
يمكنك إرسال تذكرة: إذا كان لديك فكرة تعتقد أنها يمكن أن تكون مفيدة للعبة, إذا كنت ترغب في تقديم شكوى بشأن اللعبة أو اللاعب أو أحد أعضاء الفريق ، وإذا كان لديك مشكلة في الشراء ، وإذا كنت تريد أن تكون وسيطًا أو مترجمًا لمجتمعاتنا ، إذا كنت تريد تقديم طلب للشراكة.
Some rules for your tickets
- Please write your tickets in English, Russian, Ukrainian or if it is not possible, in your native language. We can understand what did you mean unless you use Google Translate.
- After your sending your ticket, please do not reply your ticket as long as there is no any urgent situation.
- If Rival Regions solves your problem, you do not have to create a new ticket to show your gratitude, we are all here for you. It just occupies our system busy.
- All game and general rules are valid when do you send us a ticket. You may get banned on the game because of your ticket if you vioalete our rules.
- Before you send a ticket, please check FAQ. Your question may have an answer in our system.
