Anführer ist die gewählte Spitze eines Staates. Der Titel und die Funktionen können, abhängig von der Staatsform, unterschiedlich sein.
In einer parlamentarischen Republik gibt es keinen Anführer.
In einer präsidentiellen Republik und in einem Dominanten-Partei Staat, wird der Anführer alle 5 Tage gewählt.
In these cases Leader functions are:
- Assigning Ministers.
- Issuing residencies.
- Setting the state color on the Map.
- Setting the hymn.
- Setting orders to the state citizens and to all the new players.
In case of dictatorship there is no Leader elections and his title changes to the Dictator.
One-party system is very similar to the dictatorship, dictator functions are the same.
