When you should send a ticket?
Send a ticket in cases like:
- If you have some ideas, suggestions about the game itself, its mechanics and features
- If you want to leave a complaint about the player or moderator
- If your game feature got banned (article, chat) and you do not agree with it
- If you have some issue with the purchase
- If you want to become a moderator or a translator for game interface or wiki
- If you want to report a bug
- If you simply have a question
