'Marrveshja e migrimit, ashtu si Marrveshja ushtarake, mund t pranohet mes dy shtetesh në mënyrë të njëanëshme ose të dyanshme duke kaluar ligjin.
Kur shtetit A kalon marrveshjen me shtetit B lejon çdo lojtar nga shteti B të udhëtoj te çdo rajon i shtetit A.
