'Marrveshja e migrimit, ashtu si Marrveshja ushtarake, mund t pranohet mes dy shtetesh në mënyrë të njëanëshme ose të dyanshme duke kaluar ligjin.

When state A passes agreement with state B it allows any players from state B to travel to any region of state А.

In the case of both states passing this laws this agreement will be called Bilateral.

In that case all the players from any region of the in-bloc states can travel to another region.
