Lideri është një drejtues i zgjidhshëm i shtetit. Titulli i tij dhe funksiounet mund të jenë të ndryshme, në varësi të formës së qeverisjes së shtetit.

Në republikë parlamentare nuk ka lider.

Në republikë presidenciale, dhe në sistem partie-sunduese, liderët mund të zgjidhen çdo 5 ditë.

In these cases Leader functions are:

• Assigning Ministers.
• Issuing residencies.
• Setting the state color on the Map.
• Setting the hymn.
• Setting orders to the state citizens and to all the new players.

In case of dictatorship there is no Leader elections and his title changes to the Dictator.

Oneparty system is very similar to the dictatorship, dictator functions are the same.
