La región TOP 1 es la región con el primer lugar en el ránking. El ránking está definido por el número de edificios (a excepción de las viviendas) en la región.
Adicionalmente, los sistemas de misiles O los puertos navales pueden ser tenidos en cuenta, se cogerá el valor más alto.
The top 1 region is the only region in the game with Education and military indices of 11. Therefore you have the following advantages:
- reduced perks upgrade time (see "Learning time" on Perks)
- every player hitting from that region deals more damage due to the increased military index (also see Damage formula)
