"La isla de los Novatos" es una isla que pretende a juntar a todos los jugadores inactivos en Rival Regions.
Es imposible declarar una guerra terrestre o marítima a esta isla al igual que es imposible viajar a ella a través de cualquier acción manual. Todos los jugadores que están allí fueron transferidos automáticamente.

Why players go to the island?
Player accounts go to Novice Island for some reasons.
- If an account gets banned,
- If an account does not have an activity for a long time,
the account goes to Novice Island.
