Kesepakatan migrasi, seperti Kesepakatan militer, bisa diterima antara dua negara secara sepihak atau bilateral dengan meloloskan hukum.
Saat negara A meloloskan kesepakatan dengan negara B, itu memungkinkan pemain manapun dari negara B untuk bepergian ke wilayah manapun dinegara A.
In the case of both states passing this laws this agreement will be called Bilateral.

Blocs
Inside the political blocs members can vote on the in-bloc agreements.
In that case all the players from any region of the in-bloc states can travel to another region.
