A Região Top 1 é aquela que está no primeiro lugar da classificação "geral", tal qual é definida pelo valor dos edifícios (exceto Casas) na região específica.
Additionally, only missile systems OR seaports are taken into account - depending on which of them was built more.
The top 1 region is the only region in the game with Education and military indices of 11. Therefore you have the following advantages:
- reduced perks upgrade time (see "Learning time" on Perks)
- every player hitting from that region deals more damage due to the increased military index (also see Damage formula)
