Miqrasiya müqaviləsi, Hərbi müqavilə kimi, qanun qəbul etməklə iki dövlət arasında birtərəfli və ya ikitərəfli qaydada qəbul edilə bilər.

A dövləti B dövləti ilə razılığa gəldikdə B əyalətinin hər hansı bir oyunçusuna A əyalətinin istənilən bölgəsinə getməyə imkan verir.

In the case of both states passing this laws this agreement will be called Bilateral.

Inside the political blocs members can vote on the in-bloc agreements.

In that case all the players from any region of the in-bloc states can travel to another region.
