Budžet se sastoji od novca i resursa. Regioni, autonomije i države mogu imati svoje zasebne budžete.

Budžetski prihodi

Porezi

Svaki igrač doprinosi punjenju budžeta radeći u fabrikama, sa procentom koji je unapred određen zakonom o visini budžeta.

Prodaja resursa

Svaka država može da prodaje resurse na državnom tržištu.

Donacije

Svaki igrač sa dostignutim 60. nivoom može da donira resurse i novac u budžet, kao i zlato, po kursu od: 1:500000.

Troškovi ulaska u zemlju

Troškovi ulaska u zemlju, koji se naplaćuju kada su granice otvorene, se takođe slivaju u budžet.

Plen osvojen pobedom u ratu

U slučaju pobede u ratu protiv regiona koji im budžet (glavnim gradom), pobednik uzima sav novac i resurse.

Closed borders and residency issued by the leader

You need to spend money and resources to be able to keep your borders closed or residency issued by the leader: budget will be charged every minute, borders will become open (or residency will become free to get) if your budget is less than it needs to be.

Buildings

Buildings are one of the most important part of the state and it is the most costly one.

Buying resources

State market allows you to buy resources you need.

Wars

You need to spend some resources from the budget to start a war. The more active wars your state have the more expensive next war will be.

Radiation

If there is a radioactive pollution in any region you can pass the law and clean it.

Resources exploration

Normal and Deep resources explorations also need some budget spendings.
