Lider je izborni šef države. Naziv i funkcije mogu biti različiti, u zavisnosti od forme vladavine države.

U parlamentarnoj republici nema lidera.

In presidential republic, and in dominant-party system, leaders are elected every 5 days.

In these cases Leader functions are:

• Assigning Ministers.
• Issuing residencies.
• Setting the state color on the Map.
• Setting the hymn.
• Setting orders to the state citizens and to all the new players.

In case of dictatorship there is no Leader elections and his title changes to the Dictator.

One-party system is very similar to the dictatorship, dictator functions are the same.
