Vojni sporazum, baš kao i sporazum o migraciji, može se prihvatiti između dve države jednostrano ili bilateralno, donošenjem zakona.
Kada država A donese sporazum sa državom B, on dozvoljava svim igračima iz države A da učestvuju u ratovima države B.
In the case of both states passing this laws this agreement will be called Bilateral.

In that case all the players from any region of the in-bloc states can take part in any in-bloc war.
