Novice Island - an island which was created by Rival Regions in order to bring all the players who does not have activities for a long time together.

Why players go to the island?
Player accounts go to Novice Island for some reasons.
- If an account gets banned,
- If an account does not have an activity for a long time,
the account goes to Novice Island.
