Se as fronteiras de uma região ou estado estão fechadas, tu serás capaz de viajar para as regiões apenas se possuíres residência ou permissão de trabalho.
Fronteiras podem também ficar abertas também. Tu precisarás de gastar recursos do orçamento para manter as fronteiras fechadas.
Tu também precisas de recursos para manter a tua residência emitida pelo líder.
All this can be regulated by passing the specific laws.
Here you can see the amount of resources needed, if residency is issued by leader and can not be had by citizen, located in the region, without the approval of the leader:
