Accord militaire

Accord militaire, comme un accord migratoire, peut être accepté unilatéralement ou bilatéralement entre deux États en adoptant la loi.

Quand un état A passe un accord avec un état B, tous joueurs en état A peux participer à une guerre de l'état B.

Dans le cas où les deux États adoptent cette loi, cet accord sera Bilatéral.
