Accords migratoires

Accord migratoire, comme un accord militaire, peut être accepté unilatéralement ou bilatéralement entre deux États en adoptant la loi.

Quand un état A passe un accord avec un état B, tous joueurs en état B peux voyager jusqu'à l'état A.

Dans le cas où les deux États adoptent cette loi, cet accord sera Bilatéral.
