戶籍

玩家在任何时刻都有一个户籍所在地区: 可以让你在持有户籍地的国家中投票、工作（若该地区有工作限制）及旅游时免签证费用。

玩家无法丢失自己的户籍，只能从一个地区迁到另一个地区。 若该地区的户籍是由袖颁领发(经过相关法案生效后)，玩家就必须提出迁户申请，等待领袖批准。玩家可在该地区页面申请。

Leader will decide if you can take residency in this region.

Start

All new players start on the Novice island with a residency in the region which is closest to their real life region.

Work

Besides residency you can ask for a work permit. This will allow you to work in the region/state and you won't have to change your residency.
