Pokud jsou uzavřeny hranice 'regionu region nebo state, budete mít možnost travel tam, bydliště nebo povolení práce.

Okraje mohou zůstat také otevřené. Musíte vynaložit prostředky z rozpočtu Rozpočet, aby se vaše hranice uzavřely. Potřebujete také zdroje, aby vaše residence vydala leader.

Here you can see the amount of resources needed, if residency is issued by leader and can not be had by citizen, located in the region, without the approval of the leader:
