Лідер - виборний глава держави. Залежно від форми правління назва посади та можливості лідера розрізняються

У парламентської республіки лідер відсутній.

В президентської республіки, а також при системі домінуючої партії, глава держави обирається шляхом голосування, що проходить кожні п'ять днів.

• Assigning Ministers.
• Issuing residencies.
• Setting the state color on the Map.
• Setting the hymn.
• Setting orders to the state citizens and to all the new players.

In case of dictatorship there is no Leader elections and his title changes to the Dictator.

Oneparty system is very similar to the dictatorship, dictator functions are the same.
