Блок можа быць створаны | лідэрам любой дзяржавай. Пасля таго ён можа змяніць назву, лагатып і апісанне свайго блока. У спісе блокаў можна знайсці толькі блокі, якія ўключаюць у сябе не менш за 2-х дзяржаў.

To join an existing bloc requires the application of state leader, which then will be voted for by other leaders in this bloc. States from the same bloc can't declare wars to each other.

There are bloc regulations, that can declare open borders among the states and default military agreement.
