Index – an indicator of well-being and development of the region.

Indexes on region page


In Rival Regions there are 3 type of indexes:

Medical index - depends on Hospital level in this region and affects Energy recovery. Maximum values is 11, this value is only given to 6 regions in the game, 5 for Earth location and one for Moon location. Indexes from 1 to 10 are allocated to other regions: 10% of the regions get 10 Index, 10% receive 9, etc.


Military index - affects the damage in the war. Depends on the level of Military base.


Education index - affects the speed of learning new perks. Depends on the level of School.

For these two indexes the maximum value is 11, which is only given to the region with the best sum of region buildings in the world. Indexes from 1 to 10 are allocated to other regions: 10% of the regions get 10 Index, 10% receive 9, etc.

Sea port and Missile system

When calculating region rating the top level of Sea port and Missile system will be taken. If your region is an island and you have no desire to build Missile system building (no Air war can be started in your region) you can build Sea port instead of it.
