Assim como o Tratado de Cooperação Militar, no Tratado de Livre Circulação de Pessoas, há a possibilidade de dois Estados firmarem compromisso, unilateralmente ou bilateralmente, através da edição de Lei Autorizativa.

• Quando o Estado A firma o Tratado com o Estado B, os cidadãos do Estado B têm livre trânsito ao Estado A;

In the case of both states passing this laws this agreement will be called Bilateral.
