Şöbələr
Oyundakı hər dövlət fərqli bonuslar verən şöbələrə sahib. Hər bir oyunçu şöbədə işləyib bonusa əlavə edə bilər.
Dövlət şöbəsini işləmək üçün aşağıdakılar olmalı:
- Səviyyə 60 və üstü.
- Təhsil bacarığı 100 və üstü.
- Çalışmaq istədiyiniz dövlətin bölgəsində olun
- Gündə yalnız bir dəfə Hərbi Akademiya qura biləcəyiniz kimi, gündə bir dəfə şöbədə işləyə bilərsiniz.
Hərbi Akademiyada olduğu kimi yalnız son 14 gündə edilən töhfələr sayılır.
Bölmə bonus dəyərləri hər 24 saatda GMT 18:00-da yeni bir dəyər ilə yenilənir və növbəti yeniləməyə qədər növbəti 24 saat ərzində eyni qalır.
Hər hansı bir inkişaf istiqaməti üzrə maksimum bonus qazanmaq üçün Dövlət şöbəsi müvafiq reytinqdə 1 nömrə olmalıdır.
Məsələn: Dövlət şöbələrinizdən birində 200 bal var və bu istiqamətdə ən yaxşı qiymətdir. Nəticədə dövlətiniz bu sahədə maksimum bonus qazanacaqdır.
Eyni bölgədəki başqa bir şöbənin 100 xalı var və reytinqdə ikinci yeri tutur: bu dövlət maksimum bonusun yarısını alacaq.

Types of departments
Department of resources
Each type of resources has its own department. Bonus from these development directions increase private factory productivity for corresponding types of resources.
Department of construction
Bonus from this department has an effect on the cost of state buildings construction. This discount only applies to the regions that were a part of the state for more than 31 days.
If the law was passed using this bonus it will show discount amount after the fact. The amount of resources, shown in the law, will be displayed without this discount.
Army Armor School
Bonus affects tanks resulting damage in wars. This only applies to the wars in the regions that were a part of the state for more than 31 days.
Space Research Department
Bonus affects Space stations and Moon tanks resulting damage in wars. This only applies to the wars in the regions that were a part of the state for more than 31 days. Also lowers the travel time to/from the Moon.
Bonus affects Battleships resulting damage in wars. This only applies to the wars in the regions that were a part of the state for more than 31 days.
