Лидер је изборни шеф државе. Назив и функције могу бити различити, у зависности од форме владавине државе.
У парламентарној републици нема лидера.
У председничкој републици, и у једнопартијском систему, лидери се бирају на сваких 5 дана.
In these cases Leader functions are:
- Assigning Ministers.
- Issuing residencies.
- Setting the state color on the Map.
- Setting the hymn.
- Setting orders to the state citizens and to all the new players.
In case of dictatorship there is no Leader elections and his title changes to the Dictator.
One-party system is very similar to the dictatorship, dictator functions are the same.
