Líder

Líder é o que gere o Estado. Os títulos e funções podem diferenciar-se, dependendo do tipo de Governo.

Na República Presidencial não há propriamente um líder, pois as decisões e poder estão na mão do Parlamento.

Na República Presidencial e no Sistema de Partido Único, os líderes são eleitos a cada 5 dias.

In these cases Leader functions are:

• Assigning Ministers.
• Issuing residencies.
• Setting the state color on the Map.
• Setting the hymn.
• Setting orders to the state citizens and to all the new players.

In case of dictatorship there is no Leader elections and his title changes to the Dictator.

One-party system is very similar to the dictatorship, dictator functions are the same.
