Tratado Militar, assim como Acordo Migratório, podem ser aceites entre 2 Estados unilateralmente ou bilateralmente, via Lei.
Quando o Estado A acorda com o Estado B, permite a qualquer jogador do Estado A de fazer parte das Guerras do Estado B.
In the case of both states passing this laws this agreement will be called Bilateral.

Blocs
Inside the political blocs members can vote on the in-bloc agreements.
In that case all the players from any region of the in-bloc states can take part in any in-bloc war.
