Блок може створювати лідер будь-якої держави, після чого можливе редагування назви, логотипу та опису. У списку відображені лише ті блоки, до складу яких входять не менше ніж 2 держави.

To join an existing bloc requires the application of state leader, which then will be voted for by other leaders in this bloc. States from the same bloc can't declare wars to each other.

There are bloc regulations, that can declare open borders among the states and default military agreement.
