戶籍

玩家在任何時刻都有一個戶籍所在地區: 可以讓你在持有戶籍地的國家中投票、工作（若該地區有工作限制）及旅游時免簽證費用。
玩家無法丟失自己的戶籍，只能從一個地區遷到另一個地區。 若該地區的戶籍是由袖頒領發(經過相關法案生效後)，玩家就必須提出遷戶申請，等待領袖批准。玩家可在該地區頁面申請。
Leader will decide if you can take residency in this region.
Start
All new players start on the Novice island with a residency in the region which is closest to their real life region.
Work
Besides residency you can ask for a work permit. This will allow you to work in the region/state and you won't have to change your residency.
