Војни споразум, баш као и споразум о миграцији, може се прихватити између две државе једнострано или билатерално, доношењем закона.
Када држава А донесе споразум са државом Б, он дозвољава свим играчима из државе А да учествују у ратовима државе Б.
In the case of both states passing this laws this agreement will be called Bilateral.

Inside the political blocs members can vote on the in-bloc agreements.
In that case all the players from any region of the in-bloc states can take part in any in-bloc war.
