Лидер – выборный глава государства. В зависимости от формы правления название должности и возможности лидера различаются.

В парламентской республике лидер отсутствует.

В президентской республике, а также при системе доминирующая партия, глава государства выбирается путем голосования, проходящего каждые пять дней.

In these cases Leader functions are:

• Assigning Ministers.
• Issuing residencies.
• Setting the state color on the Map.
• Setting the hymn.
• Setting orders to the state citizens and to all the new players.

In case of dictatorship there is no Leader elections and his title changes to the Dictator.

Oneparty system is very similar to the dictatorship, dictator functions are the same.
