В Rival Regions существует 3 навыка: Сила, Знания и Выносливость. Начальные значения навыков 30. Прокачка навыка занимает время. Для прокачки навыка можно воспользоваться одним из трех вариантов: бесплатным но долгим, (оплачиваемым за деньги) более быстрым или (оплачиваемым золотом) самым быстрым. Одновременно можно прокачивать лишь 1 навык.

There are three perks: Strength, Education and Endurance. All players start with perks equal 30. Learning new perks takes time. To learn new perk you should choose one of three methods: free but slow, faster method (paid by money) and the fastest (paid by gold). You can learn only one perk at a time.
