The top 1 region is the region that's placed on rank 1. The ranking is defined by the buildings' value (except house funds) in the specific region.

The top 1 region is the region that's placed on rank 1. The ranking is defined by the buildings' value (except house funds) in the specific region.

Additionally, only missile systems OR seaports are taken into account - depending on which of them was built more.

The top 1 region is the only region in the game with Education and military indices of 11. Therefore you have the following advantages:

  • increased perk learning time (add time here)
  • every player hitting from that region deals more damage due to the increased military index (also see damage formula)
