Novice Island - an island which aims to bring all the players, who does not have any activity for a long time, together in Rival Regions.
You cannot declare a land or a sea war against the island and you cannot go to the island with any manual action. All the player transfers to island will be automatically.

Why players go to the island?
Player accounts go to Novice Island for some reasons.
- If an account gets banned,
- If an account does not have an activity for a long time,
the account goes to Novice Island.
