الرئيس هو عضو منتخب في الدولة. لقبه و اعماله تختلف حسب نوع الحكم
في الجمهورية النيابية لا يوجد رئيس
في الجمهورية الرئيسيه و في الحزب المسيطر الرئيس ينتخب كل ٥ ايام.
In these cases Leader functions are:
- Assigning Ministers.
- Issuing residencies.
- Setting the state color on the Map.
- Setting the hymn.
- Setting orders to the state citizens and to all the new players.
In case of dictatorship there is no Leader elections and his title changes to the Dictator.
One-party system is very similar to the dictatorship, dictator functions are the same.
