Zakłady prywatne są tworzone przez graczy. Zarobki są dzielone między pracownika, właściciela zakładu i budżet państwa/autonomii.
Kopalnia złota - pozyskuje złoto dla budżetu oraz złoto i pieniądze dla pracownika.
Rafineria ropy - pozyskuje ropę.
Kamieniołom - pozyskuje minerały.
Kopalnia uranu - pozyskuje uran.
Kopalnia diamentów - pozyskuje diamenty.
Fabryka LNG - pozyskuje Płynny tlen, który niezbędny jest do tworzeniaRakiet kosmicznych i Czołgów księżycowych.

Factory owner can upgrade its level. Every factory have experience parameter, which increases every time someone works on the factory. As this factory experience grows factory owner can spend gold and upgrade his factory level.
Factory level has influence on productivity, factory storage size and maximum number of workers.
