== Rules ==
The following is forbidden:
# Profanity in chat, comments and articles, including veiled recognizable profanity
# CAPS (less than 50% of your message being written in CAPS is permitted), flood, spam
# Insulting other players, [[Party|parties]] and nations. Imitating (copying) other party, player, state or block name, profile picture for the purpose of advantage or mockery.
# Promotion and demonstration of Nazi, Fascist paraphernalia or symbols, incitement to ethnic hatred
# Advertising. Except for the game related ads (you can advertise your [[State|State]], [[Party|political party]], [[Factory|factory]], but not more than once in 30 minutes)
# Discussion of similar game projects, you may, however, discuss any other games, not related or similar to RR
# Posting images, videos or links containing: profanity, insults, threats, slander, sexually explicit images or videos (!), advertising, blank articles or articles that do not make any sense (= do not use articles as a chat). As well as posting photos, or any other personal, private information of any players without their consent
# Posting agitation from the real world politics, excluding role-play of real life political parties. Creating a party with a title and an avatar of a real party is allowed, direct agitation to vote for one in real life (in chat or in articles) is not.
# Inducing other players to commit unlawful acts (IRL or game-related)
# Posting of links leading to suspicious websites, pirated content, malware, NSFW-content
# Discussion of the actions of moderators/administration in chat rooms. Discussion of the actions of moderators (unjustified ban, for example) in the articles and comments under these articles is allowed
# Slander, disinformation, and directed repulsion of new players
# Asking for money (exception: If it is an improvised fund or a bank, then the conditions of donations/kkk transfers cannot be published in an article, you can only specify in it to whom to write for the details. What happens after the article, is not covered by the rules, use such offers at your own risk.)
# Direct and unjustified slander of the administration and moderators
# Using incorrect (foreign) language in global language-specific chat rooms
# Using incorrect (foreign) language for an article (exception: music videos)
