Message definition (Parliament )
You can vote for any political [[Party|party]], that was created before the start of the elections.

If there is no parties in region/state the elections will start in 48 hours after the creation of the first party.
If no one voted for any party the former parliament continues its work.

Party will not take seats in the parliament if it had less than 1% of votes at the elections.
At the end of the elections all parties are assigned with a percentage of seats to the nearest hundredth. Percentages are displayed on the Parliament page if you hover your mouse over the party (bottom right corner).

В случае если в регионе/государстве нет партий выборы начнутся спустя 24 часа после создания первой партии.
В случае полного отсутствия голосов на выборах продлеваются полномочия старого парламента.
Места в парламенте Партия не проходит в парламент в случае если набрано менее 1 процента голосов.
При подведении итогов выборов партиям, прошедшим в парламент определяется процент мест, с точностью до сотой. Проценты отображаются на странице парламента в списке партий при наведении.
В дальнейшем партиям выдается число мест, согласно набранным процентам + свободные, оставшиеся места.
