Навички - основні параметри гравця, що впливають на більшість аспектів гри.
У Rival Regions існує 3 навичку: Сила, Знання і Витривалість. Початкові значення навичок 30. Прокачування навичку займає час. Для прокачування навичку можна скористатися одним з трьох варіантів: безкоштовним але довгим, (оплачуваним за гроші) швидшим або (оплачуваним золотом) найшвидшим. Одночасно можна прокачувати лише 1 навичку.
Для прокачування навичку натисніть на потрібну навичку у вкладці Огляд та виберіть відповідний вам варіант.
Сила
Впливає на пошкодження в війні (в два рази сильніше ніж інші навички), докладніше дивіться формулу пошкодження.
Підвищує ефективність праці на регіональних фабриках.
Знижує вартість створення зброї та предметів.
Знання
Підвищує максимальний досвід праці.

Швидкість вивчення навичок
На час вивчення навичок впливає Індекс освіти регіону прописки і рівень будинку гравця.
Наприклад, якщо в регіоні с індексом освіти 1 навичка буде вивчатися 98 хвилин, то в регіоні з індексом 10 - 80 хвилин, а з індексом 11 - 60 хвилин.
При цьому якщо (крім індексу 11) рівень будинку гравця дорівнюває не 0 а 50, то навичка буде вивчатися 50 хвилин. Якщо рівень будинку 99 - 40 хвилин.
