У кожної держави в грі є кілька департаментів, що дають бонуси в різних сферах. Кожен гравець може працювати в будь-яких департаментах, тим самим підвищуючи бонус.

Пріоритетний напрям (департамент країни з максимальним числом очок) відображений на сторінці країни. Для роботи в департаментах натисніть на значення напряму.

Для роботи в департаменті ви повинні підходити за наступними критеріями:

• Рівень 60 і вище.
• Навичка Освіти 100 і вище.
• Ваш регіон повинен входити до складу держави в департаменті якого ви хочете працювати.
• Як і в випадку з Військової Академією ви можете працювати раз на добу.

Як і у випадку з Військової Академією враховується внесок за останній 14 день.

Значення бонусів оновлюються раз на добу о 18:00 GMT (20:00 за Києвом) і залишаються незмінними протягом 24 годин до наступного оновлення.

Ваша мета розподілити очки за напрямками які ви хочете підняти. Тут можно побачити поточний бонус і перейти в рейтинг департаментів цього напрямку. Також ви можете перейти до списку працівників департаменту.

Для отримання максимального бонусу в одному з напрямків, департамент вашої держави повинен займати перше місце в рейтингу за цим напрямком.

For example: one of your State Department has 200 points and this is the best value in this direction. As a result your State will get maximum bonus in this area.

Another State's Department in the same area has 100 points and takes second place in the rating: this State will get half of the maximum bonus.

Types of departments

Department of resources

Each type of resources has its own department. Bonus from these development directions increase private factory productivity for corresponding types of resources.

Department of construction

Bonus from this department has an effect on the cost of state buildings construction. This discount only applies to the regions that were a part of the state for more than 31 days.

Army Armor School

Bonus affects tanks resulting damage in wars. This only applies to the wars in the regions that were a part of the state for more than 31 days.

Space Research Department

Bonus affects Space stations and Moon tanks resulting damage in wars. This only applies to the wars in the regions that were a part of the state for more than 31 days. Also lowers the travel time to/from the Moon.
