Fiecare de Stat din joc are un număr de institute care acorda diferite bonusuri. Fiecare jucător poate lucra în orice institut si sa-si aduca contributia la bonus.

Pentru a lucra în institutele de stat, trebuie să ai:

• nivel 60 sau mai mult.
• Educație 100 sau mai mult.
• Să fi situat în regiunea statului pentru care vrei să lucrezi
• Se poate lucra doar o dată pe zi, exact cum poate construi si Academia Militară numai o dată pe zi.

Just like with Military Academy only contributions made in the last 31 days count.

Your goal is to select development directions you wish your state to advance in and click Work. Here you can also see the current bonuses and navigate to the list of players who worked in each institute. You can also navigate to the institute rating by clickink on the bonus value.

To get maximum bonus in any development direction your State Institute must be number 1 in the corresponding rating.

For example: one of your State Institutes has 200 points and this is the best value in this direction. As a result your State will get maximum bonus in this area.

Another State's Institute in the same area has 100 points: this State will get half of the maximum bonus.

Institute of resources

Each type of resources has its own institute. Bonus from these development directions increase private factory productivity for corresponding types of resources.

Institute of construction

Bonus from this institute has an effect on the cost of state buildings construction. This discount only applies to the regions that were a part of the state for more than 31 days.
