Pemimpin adalah kepala negara terpilih. Jabatan dan fungsinya bisa berbeda, tergantung pada bentuk pemerintahan negara.
Di republik parlementer tidak ada pemimpin.
Di sistem republik presidensial, dan di partai-dominan, pemimpin dipilih setiap 5 hari.

- Assigning Ministers.
- Issuing residencies.
- Setting the state color on the Map.
- Setting the hymn.
- Setting orders to the state citizens and to all the new players.
In case of dictatorship there is no Leader elections and his title changes to the Dictator.
One-party system is very similar to the dictatorship, dictator functions are the same.
