Birinci Şehir - sıralamada birinci gelen şehirdir. Bir şehrin birinci olabilmesi için, diğer tüm şehirlerden daha fazla bina sayısına sahip olması gerekir.
If a region is at top, it gives some advantages to players who have the residency of that city. For instance:
- As a most important advantage, it lowers the time of learning a perk more than any city,
- If we assume, all the players will want to get the residency of the top city, the damage you hit from that city will be higher than any city because all the players will be building military academies there,
- In case of selling the residency of the top city, it will boost the economy of country which has that city,
