In Rival Regions, beside the original nations, there are many Displayed Nations too.

Displayed Nation is a nation type which you show on your profile to other players.
Compared to original nations, displayed nations do not provide any damage bonus.
You can change them whenever you want in return for a little payment of golds.

Konohagakure - It was added in the last update.
