"Lider" ülkenin seçilmiş lideridir.Yönetim biçimine göre farklı isim alır.
Parlemantör cumhuriyette lider yoktur.
Başkanlık sistemi ve dominant parti sisteminde 5 günde bir seçimler olur.
In these cases Leader functions are:
- Assigning Ministers.
- Issuing residencies.
- Setting the state color on the Map.
- Setting the hymn.
- Setting orders to the state citizens and to all the new players.
In case of dictatorship there is no Leader elections and his title changes to the Dictator.
Oneparty system is very similar to the dictatorship, dictator functions are the same.
