  1. 髒話以及歧視性字眼，包括具攻擊性的的隱晦用詞。
  2. 全大寫字母(訊息中50%以下的大寫是可被接受的),洗版。
  3. 汙辱其他玩家、政黨及國家。
  4. 任何形式的推廣,傳播納粹主義以及法西斯主義,包括但不限於標誌,圖片,名稱,以任何形式煽動種族仇視也是被禁止的。
  5. 廣告,遊戲內廣告例外(可以推廣自己的國家, 政黨及工廠, 但每次請間隔超過30分鐘)。
  6. 討論其他相同性質的遊戲,如果要討論,請不要談論與RR相近的遊戲。
  7. 張貼任何有關歧視,汙辱,威脅,限制級,包含廣告的圖片以及影片,若無允許,請勿張貼其他玩家的照片以及圖片。
  8. 張貼現實生活中真實存在黨派之煽動性文章,不包括模擬真實政黨的角色扮演,創造與現實生活中相同名稱以及圖像的政黨是被允許的,但不可煽動玩家去支持現實生活中的政黨及候選人。
