Každý štátmá v hre radu oddelení, ktorá udeľuje rôzne bonusy. Každý hráč môže pracovať na ľubovoľnom oddelení a pridávať bonus.
K práci v štátnych oddeleniach musíte mať:
- úroveň 60 alebo viac.
- vytrvalosť 100 a viac.
- Byť v oblasti štátu, pre ktorú chcete pracovať.
- Môžete pracovať len raz denne, rovnako ako môžete budovať vojenské akadémie len raz denne.
Rovnako ako u Vojenskej akadémii sa počítajú len príspevky za posledných 14 dní.
Department bonus values update with the new value every 24 hours at 18:00 GMT and stay the same for the next 24 hours, until next update.
To get maximum bonus in any development direction your State Department must be number 1 in the corresponding rating.
For example: one of your State Department has 200 points and this is the best value in this direction. As a result your State will get maximum bonus in this area.
Another State's Department in the same area has 100 points and takes second place in the rating: this State will get half of the maximum bonus.

Types of departments
Department of resources
Each type of resources has its own department. Bonus from these development directions increase private factory productivity for corresponding types of resources.
Department of construction
Bonus from this department has an effect on the cost of state buildings construction. This discount only applies to the regions that were a part of the state for more than 31 days.
If the law was passed using this bonus it will show discount amount after the fact. The amount of resources, shown in the law, will be displayed without this discount.
Army Armor School
Bonus affects tanks resulting damage in wars. This only applies to the wars in the regions that were a part of the state for more than 31 days.
Space Research Department
Bonus affects Space stations and Moon tanks resulting damage in wars. This only applies to the wars in the regions that were a part of the state for more than 31 days. Also lowers the travel time to/from the Moon.
Bonus affects Battleships resulting damage in wars. This only applies to the wars in the regions that were a part of the state for more than 31 days.
